Ed Flamer uses AI as a conceptual instrument within a voluntary private consultation. Human artistic judgment, atelier craft, and material decisions remain central to every original direction.
A private method
The work responds to intent, not a preset silhouette.
A patron may describe how a work should move, the setting it may inhabit, material affinities, preferences, and the atmosphere it should carry. These inputs are offered intentionally, for the purpose of developing an original direction.
Broad cultural and atmospheric references are interpreted rather than copied. Ed Flamer does not use personal likenesses, named individuals, another maker’s work, or surveillance-derived information as a design target.

Movement, setting, preferences, materials, and commission context form a voluntary private brief.

AI Atelier
AI helps synthesize original conceptual directions from the stated context; it does not profile, surveil, or impersonate anyone.

Human interpretation
Artistic judgment, material knowledge, and atelier craftsmanship determine what is meaningful and possible.

Private review
A direction is discussed discreetly before any commission is accepted.

Acceptance and retirement
Once accepted, its underlying artistic language is permanently retired and cannot recur for another patron.

The singular work is developed through the atelier, with a private record considered where appropriate.
