Privacy + Terms

Discretion begins with clear boundaries.

Ed Flamer’s public inquiry process is minimal, consent-led, and appropriate for a first private conversation.

01

Minimum-data handling

Ed Flamer collects the information supplied in a private appointment request only to consider and, where appropriate, respond to that request. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, security, health, biometric, or identification information.

02

Consent-led contact

A contact request is voluntary. Ed Flamer contacts a person only where explicit permission has been provided. Declining an invitation or choosing not to proceed carries no penalty.

03

Representatives

A prospective patron may communicate through an authorized representative. Submit only the contact details and authority needed for an initial conversation.

04

Conceptual references

Optional atmospheric, era, setting, silhouette, or performance-context references are broad creative context, not material to copy. Do not request another person’s likeness or another maker’s work.

05

Commission decisions

A private appointment request or invitation expresses interest only. It does not create an obligation or guarantee an appointment, acceptance, commission availability, or response time.

06

No value representation

Ed Flamer makes no representation or guarantee regarding investment value, resale value, appreciation, status, or future market performance of any work.
